Honestly no complains at all. The rooms with a beautiful decor. Good service, rich breakfast. Everything perfect. Modern room, favourable location in the alley. Poolside bar in the hotel.

Truly enjoyed this cheap hotel: outstanding food and superfriendly and really polite staff. My room was neat with a particularly nice view of the surrounding hills. The location was perfect and excellent and the room was fairly clean.

Enjoyed a memorable first stay at Grand Mercure with a warm welcome from the friendly staff. The heated pool was a pleasant surprise, allowing for a relaxing swim even in the chilly Bandung air. Impressed by the smart touch of twinkling lights in the pool.
